I was hired by an Italian IT consultancy business operating in the UK, to work on the MVA project (My Vodafone App). The app enables business customers' to manage employee business-phone data plans, calls and sms usage. The project focused on building a fresh user experience to enhance its every-day performance and to apply further improvements based on feedback from Vodafone's B2B customers.
